Networking Problem

My Computer cannot ping other computers. I get request
timed out.

I have tried 3 different nic's which have been tested good
in other computers, i have checked my cable and it is
fine. and i have reinstalled the os. but with not avail.

Ne1 with ne ideas?

Are you using a switch or Hub if so is the port faulty ? or maybe set on
cross over
