Hi, I have 2 windows XP computers on our network, one is
wireless connection, one ethernet. Using Linksys BEFW11S4
v 2, 802.11b access point. The router/access point can
'see' the two computers (under status/client table), and
they can both access the internet. BUT they can't see each
other nor the shares folders, etc.
I've followed steps in the microsoft knowledge base article
318030 (turning on NetBIOS over TCP/IP, and starting the
computer browser service.) Also, simple file sharing is
enabled.
What else can I try? At my wit's end on it.
Thanks so much for any suggestions!

Try intrastructure mode rather than ad-hoc mode if you have not done so
already. Did you turn off the built-n or any other firewall?
