Networking over WiFi Hub and DSL modem

Hi,
I'm having problems finding the other computers on my
network. We are using a Netgear ADSL modem and WiFi
router/hub-in-one and all of us are on WinXPPro. We have
used the home network wizard to configure, but even if we
disable the firewall, we haven't been able to ping
eachother. The hub reports that all the computers are
connected and identified with IP 192.168.0.2 upwards.

Any suggestions?

Run the Wizard and tell it that the computers connect to the Internet
through a residential gateway (router).

Make sure that there isn't a setting in the router's setup that blocks
file sharing on the network.

Un-install all firewall programs (Norton Internet Security, ZoneAlarm,
etc) while troubleshooting.

Check to see whether your antivirus program has a firewall capability
that's blocking access. I've heard of that with some McAfee products.
