Is there any way to network peer-to-peer when one pc has
Me and the other Xp? Without a floppy disk drive, a
download maybe?

Ramzy,

no download needed, networking is built into both operating
systems.

You can connect the two computers through a switch or, better,
through a WAN router with a switch for Internet access. Or you
can connect them through a crossover Ethernet cable.

If any of the computers doesn't have an Ethernet port (RJ-45),
you have to install an Ethernet adapter.
