Chris

am currently running two servers, windows 2000 and an
Exchange server,

I am having problems with time (funny I know) what I mean
by this is that when I try to add a computer to our
domain I get problems.

What happens is when I am ready to type my password to
enter into windows it tells me that the machine and
network have different times and they must be the same,
which is weird because I have checked the time on both
the server and the machine and they are the same to the
second. I have also checked the BIOS to make sure they
are the same. But for some reason it won't let me connect
even though the password and username is correct. Any
ideas to solve this problem?? They are also in the
correct time zones

All I can suggest is to double check all time settings as time is critical because of
kerberos used in a Windows 2000/2003 domain. Verify again the time zone, year, and
that it is not AM when it should be PM. I have done that myself. --- Steve

I had the AM and PM reversed one time that it caused this. The Time and the
Time Zone looked fine at first glance until I finally noticed the AM/PM
reversal.
