I hear colleagues indicate they can fax to a networked fax/printer (mine is
a hp6310) from computers on the network. I can see the faxprinter on the
networkwork but Windows Fax (vista Ultimate) can't see the fax machine even
with an IP address xxx.xxx.x.xx It indicates that there is no fax server.
The HP machine is connected only by a network connection and prints from any
workstation in the office. I cannot fax from it except as a manual paper.
Any suggestions? MMS

Assuming the HP uses a HP JeDirect card (or embedded device), you would need the full
compliment of HP software designed for the un-named model HP device.
