NETWORKING AN XP PC TO A WINDOWS 98 PC

How would I set up a network between two PCs -- one with
XP Professional and the other with Windows 98? Thank you
to whoever can walk me through the steps to make this
work. It will save me a lot of steps up and down the
stair, too.
