I need basic instruction as to how to set up my Win98 PC
to access files on my Win2K PC. The Win2K PC accesses the
Win98 PC just fine, but not the other way around.

FAT32 cannot read NTFS

File system has nothing to do with networking windows systems. All windows
OS versions can network with each other and can share files between them.

I struggled with this one for a couple of hours. What I
did was I setup the same username and password on each
machine. Then I installed the NetBEUI network protocol on
both machines. This last step seemed to do the trick for
the Win98 machine seeing the Win2k machine.

**Of course you need to log onto the Win98 machine using
the username and password you created above.
