networking 2000 pro to xp

can't share files from my windows 2000 pro computer to my
computer with xp. Can't share printer either. Any
suggestions?

I'm having the same problem with XP and 98ME. When I
click on the computer in Networking, it asks me for a
password, but I did not give a password for the computer
when I set it up, so nothing I enter is correct.

Hello
You need to have a account with a same username and password on both the
machines.
Create a account on W2K machine with a username and a password and log on to
windows 98 machine with that username and password.
Make sure that you log on to "Client for Microsoft Networks"
