I have recently installed a remote access software in my
system ( dell 4100-XP home edition ) and a window that
says error997: I/O overlap in progress is preventing the
software to work properly. Need help, Thanks

well, first this is a win 2000 group. second you don't say what software
you installed which may help. and third, you apparently used your real
email address, so stand by for a barrage of virus infected email.
