System will not login to network , though TCP/IP is
there , After adding NetBEUI Iam able to login to Network
NetBEUI is Required for Communicatins for Systems ?

Nope it's not required. Check DNS settings in TCP/IP - it should point to
the internal DNS server of your domain (probably a domain controller)

NetBEUI is an unroutable protocol that was used for communication by
Win9x and older operating systems. Since you have TCP/IP on your
network, you should use NBT (Netbios over Tcp/IP), which is the
default for WinNT (Win2K, WinXP) operating systems. Remove NetBEUI
from your computers, and use NBT.
