network xp and 2000 together

i have one windows xp computer and 3 windows 2000
computers and i want to network then together but when i
get the network install disk and place it into my 2000
computer it says that this disk is made for only Windows
ME 98SE 98 and XP and after tht is says go to your help
support on the listed operating systems. i came here
wondering how i can network XP an 2000 PLEASE HELP
ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Windows 2000:

1. Configure the TCP/IP protocol to obtain an IP address
automatically.

2. Set the workgroup name to MSHOME.

3. Share the desired disks, folders, and printers.

4. Access XP through My Network Places.
