Sam

I am able to share Internet just fine except with one
thing. I cannot share Internet with Norton Personal
Firewall enabled. Both computers have NPF installed. The
client cannot access the Internet when the host computer
Norton Personal Firewall is enabled. I have to disable it
in order to have the client share Internet. The settings
at the client doesn't matter.

If I enable the firewall on host computer, no interet for
client. If I disable it, then the client can share, but
then that means NPF isn't doing any good for me. Any
solutions?

Hi

I use NPF as well as there is a section under settings
that is called workgroup networking, dont know if this is
your problem but you can tell it what range of ip address
can access your pc when the firewall is on.

Only thing I can think of is that the range is not set for
the pc trying to connect to your pc which is why it works
when you turn the firewall off.
