Network terminal loses connection

There is a network terminal that keeps losing its
connection. I am able to log in fine, but I come back a
few minutes later, there is an error message saying: "The
terminal server ended the connection or a network error
occured. Please try to reconnect." When I reconnect
everything is the same.

I have looked in the settings to see if anything is set to
disconnect if the terminal is idle for so long. I
couldn't find anything.

I have put 2 or 3 terminals in that location and they all
get the same error message. When I hook the terminal up
to another jack, they work fine without getting the error
message.

I had them run another line and punch it down. Still get
the error message. I tried different ports on the hub and
have also used different wires to hook the terminal to the
wall and also for the hub.

Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
If I were you I would run some packet traces and see what
is going on there on the network level.
