Network Shares

Hi
Is there a possibility to get a report on all the shares availble in Network
and if possible with NTFS Permissions...My task is to disable desktop sharing
and if the solution is available does that also disable the shares

The other way round can i get list of all the shares on which x user is
having access in my domain...
