Is there a way to see who is connecting to an MS Access database using the MS
Access program or any other tool?

Although we can see from the server through file shares who is connected we
have a programmer that would like to be able to see who is connected to the
database from her local computer without using Remote Desktop.

You can use the ldbviewer available for download from microsoft to see who's
using the database.
