Please help!!!

I have a Toshiba notebook running XP Home Edition.
I tried to install some VPN software from CISCO my
company is using and now I can not go anywhere! No
Internet, no email nothing! I checked the status of the
network card and it is o.k.
I tried to create a new network connection but clicking on
the "Network Setup Wizard" does not do anything! The
wizard is not working!
Do I have to reinstall XP? or if I download/install SP1 or
Sp1a will fix the problem?!!!

Thank you in advance.

Try running System Restore to go back in time to before you installed
the VPN software.
