Network Security On File Folders - Access Not Granted

I have a browse /attach file link on my form. I'm running into a problem
where a User cannot attach the file name of a file that's in a restricted
folder. The routine actually bombs out.

Is there a way around this??

Without knowing what error you get, how can anyone possibly help you?
