Does anyone know of a good network bandwidth monitor to use in trouble
shooting a slow T1 line. I did find something called WanSpy that I
downloaded from http://www.dvsinfo.com/, but it appears to be made for a
Cisco router and I'm using a Netopia Router.

Any advice is much appreciated.

MRTG. Its a perl script that will run nicely on any OS
with PERL properly installed. Works very well with Cisco
routers via the snmp MIB.

If its a Cisco router why not log in and enable "ip
accounting".

Thanks for the advice Michael. I'm starting to think that maybe I should
work on getting a Cisco router to replace what we're using. I get the
feeling that the Cisco router has some features built in to help
diagnose problems that would be useful now.
