I'm trying to cascade two ethernet 100 switches that is approximate 700 to
1000 feet apart with a RJ-45 plenum cable. Can I put repeater between the
mid-point to boost that signal? More than one if necessary and what is the
distance that a repeater will boost?
I will be using the ports on the front of the switches to do that, is that
also possible? What product will do that, I need it to be 100 mps and
full-duplex, what kind of price am I looking at?

Cat 5 is 100 meters including whips at ends so you'd need 2 repeaters
with a lot more connectors = a lot more points of failure.Cable
problems are a pain in the ass to find and fix. If you go the
repeater route consider laying an extra cable even if you think you'll
never use it. Beware of fluorescent fixtures and big motors. You
might get a bit more if the cable is good quality and the terminations
done by a pro with the proper tools. If it were me I'd go fibre. Its
not a hell of a lot more to buy and the install is what takes the
time. Again termination is everything.
