network probs 3 pc's

Hi All,
problem is.
pc A win 2000
pc B win 2000pro
pc C win 98se

All three are visible in "workgroup"
A and B have access to all three pc's shared folders.
C can open its own shared folder but is asked for a password to access A and
B.(which I have not set) with message box reading:- Resource
\\A\IPC$ or \\B\IPC$
I have not set any password any ideas any one.

- Create an account called "Peter" on PC A and PC B.
- Use the same password for both of them.
- When logging on to PCs A, B and C, always use the
"Peter" account, with the password you set before.
