Network Problems

I have had a small office network for 2 years on three
computers with no problem. I set it up with no problem.
They all had Windows 2000 Pro on them.
Now I get a new computer with XP on it and I am having
problems with networking that computer. The new computer we
will call Frank4 and the other two computers are Gary and
Gary2. Gary and Gary2 have no problem seeing each other and
sharing folders.
Now here is the problem Frank can see and share with Gary
but can't see and share with Gary2. Gary2 can't see Frank4.
Can anyone help me resolve this problem?

can they ping each other? or post ipconfig /all here

I have Zone Alarm Pro 3 on all three computers. I have to
turn that off in order for the ping to work. After turning
off than all three computers can ping theirselves and Gary
and Frank can ping each other.
Now Frank and Gary2 cannot ping each other. These are the
two computers that cannot see each other.

I should have also stated that Gary and Gary2 can see each

other and share with each other and Gary and Frank4 can see
each other and share with each other. All the problems seem
to be between Gary2 and Frank4 only.
