Network problem

I am using a network of three computers running Windows 98, and has been
working fine sharing printers and files.
Now a computer running XP is also put on the network,
But one of the win98 computers cant 'see' the XP and the XP cant see it.
All the rest are working fine.

What could be a possible cause of this?
Any suggestions?

Are they all using the same networking protocols and services?

What is the result of net view \\computername between each pair of
boxes?
