Hi All,
Still have a win95 workstation here *yeah I know.....
Windows 95!!!!* but recently have installed a new 2000
server (used to have Windows NT) and since installing
network printers on this Win95 PC, have been receiving
Spool32.exe has caused a Stack Fault in Spoolss.dll * then
a bunch of numbers***
Looking this up on the Knowledge base site it indicates
that this is related to communications between the server
and client and usually happens when Client for Microsoft
and Client for Netware networks are installed.
the solution is to upgrade to Win98....
Well that's a fine and dandy, but for internal reasons,
that can't be accomplished right now...
This happens sporadically when printing is in progress, or
there are documents spooling to one of these printers.
Any Ideas?
I originally thought that perhaps the Ram may have been
faulty, and performance over the past while has decreased,
and the user has reported lockups.... but replaced with a
128mb stick and still same issue.....
Help!
