I was successfully running an HP-930 deskjet over the
network with a jet direct box, and the five engineers were
all using Windows 2000 operating system. When I converted
their laptops to Windows XP operating system, we started
getting the following error on every one of them. If you
can offer assistance, I would greatly appreciate it. The
error came up as follows:
Windows cannot print due a problem with the current
printer setup.
Try one or more of the following:
* Check the printer by printing a test page from Windows.
* Make sure the printer is turned on and online.
* Reinstall the printer driver.
