I have properly installed the latest drivers for a
networked (by IP address) Laserjet 4500. It will not
give me a ready status. When I reboot, it will print one
thing from the queue and then sit like a lump. The PC
thinks it is in offline mode and it is not. It does not
print even when I click on the test doc. and say restart.
I del. the TCP/IP port, printer and reinstalled. Same
thing.
Any ideas?
