I have installed Internet Connection Sharing on my home
network, but I can no longer print on a network printer.
One of the articles advised me to change the IP Address of
my printer, but I don't know how to do that!

How do I change the IP Address of a network printer in
Windows XP Professional?

If you are sharing the printer off the back of your
workstation then it doesn't have an ip address. if you
have an ethernet cable plugged directly into the pritner
then there will options on the printer that allow you to
print. what model is your printer, and how is it
connected to the network ?

Nick,

My workstation is a client on my home network. The
printer (an HP 3300 Laser Printer/Scanner/Fax/Copier) is
connected to the network server workstation through a USB
cable. Here is the tip I found at

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;314073

"After you add Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) to the
network, you may not be able to print. This issue occurs
because ICS uses a Class C subnet that has an address
range of 198.168.0.x. To resolve this issue, reset the IP
address of the printer to match the subnet of the
computers that are using ICS."

Thanks
