Network password

I do not understand why outlook continues to ask for me
to enter network password. There must be a configuration
that I am missing besides "remember password" checkbox.

Any ideas where I need to look?

Go to http://support.microsoft.com/.
Advanced search.
Select "Outlook" (or whatever version you have)
Search on "remember password".
