Network Neighborhood Shows Wrong Computers

I recently changed the name of my computer through Network setup, and
now network neighborhood on my entire network has two entries. The
old one and the correct one.

How do I get rid of the wrong one?

you probably don't see it anymore, but just to have an answer on this
for the future, when ever you change the computer name the name is
cached in the Master Browser of the network (one computer that keeps
track of all systems), and after a while if it is not found anymore
then it gets deleted. this is normal you just gotta wait.
