Network Neighborhood, How does it work with AD and DNS ?

I have one remote site out of 4 remote sites where the workstations (All
W2k except 3 NT4) and the DC aren't showing up in network neighborhood at
the other sites. However, at that particular site, all of the computers in
the enterprise show up correctly. WINS is enabled and pointed to a WINS
server at another site (Its this way for all 4 remote sites until I can
reconfigure it.) DNS at all sites shows the host records for all the
missing computers. Any advice would be much appreciated.

direction on monday.
