network neighborhood browsing

Ok all..need a bit of help. Just configured a Win2kSP4
server for a new remote location. All is well, however
network neighborhood browsing is sluggish and returns
only local workstations on its subnet. However I am
successfully resolving other remote workstation nodes
from that server via DNS...just cant browse. DNS on the
server and workstations are configured to point to that
server, and subsequently have set up forwarders for
external communication. What am I missing?
 
Routers notmaly don't pass NetBios trafic, which is used when you Browse the
network. You will solve this by installing WINS server on your server and
point your clients to use this wins server.
