Network Monitoring Tool unavailable for install

Tried to install the tool as it said; go to Add/Remove Windows Components,
highlight Networking Tools, click Details but the tool isn't there. I have
the W2K Resource Kit (Pro version, thanks Chuck!) but it doesn't seem to be
in there nor does it seem to be on the MS web site.
Can someone suggest an alternative that's FREE? Just trying to learn
networking at home in my free time (which is most of the time presently).

Netmon is only available on Windows 2000 Server. If you want a free sniffer,
try Ethereal. I much prefer it over netmon anyhow and there is a book out
about using it. --- Steve
