Network issue

Hello - and thanks in advance for the information...

I have a Web site hosted by a local ISP - now here's my issue - I can't
see my site from the inside of my company (the actaul building) - but I
can see it at home - what would be causing this?

Also - would it be the same problem in connecting to the FTP server for
the site?
