Network Interface Object

I have a few Win2000 servers and not all of them display
the network interface object in Perf Mon. What do I need
to do to get it displayed?
I cannot monitor the interface card since the object is
not listed.

Hi Brian,

Try using the Extensible Performance Counter List application (exctrlst.exe) to
enable perfnet.dll (the Network Interface performance object counters). You can find
exctrlst.exe on the Windows 2000 Professional Resource Kit companion CD or you can
download it as one of the "Free Tool Downloads". For more information, see the
