Hi ya, maybe you can help me! I tried to connect my PC to
our home network so I used the NI Wizard. However after it
rebooted it did not accept my normal username and
password.

The computer previously was on a domain (from work but am
no longer employed there). Is there a way to get the
computer to boot up in the old with the old network and
login credentials?

Also I can connect to the PC from antoher PC but it again
asks for login and password. is there a way to reset the
domain using the other computer?

Thanks!

what the operating system is installed , there is an local
administrator account with password, do you know this
local administrator ID and Password?

if not , try logon local using ID="administrator" and
leave the password blank

if this doesnt work, than you have to download a bootdisk
to boot the computer and reset the local administrator
password

the reason is for failure of logon with your ID and
password is, for workgroup, you logon locally, so you need
a local account, the ID and password you have been using
is domain account, cant logon locally.
