You can't, as it comes with XP. Trust Microsoft: if it ain't broke, break
it!

You need to copy over files from a pre-XP box (I think mshearts.exe and
cards.dll), have at least one Win2k/Win98/Win95 box on the LAN (to be the
dealer), and do some tweaking with Compatibility Mode, services and such.
