Network fails until I disable, re-enable a NIC

Chris

Here's a question for ya.... I've got a Win2k server
running. Two nics: one to the ISP, and one on the
internal network, and RRAS is running.

Every few hours, all the computers on the network lose
internet access, including this multihomed server. I then
walk over to the server, disable the _local_ nic (i.e.,
the one on the LAN), and immediately re-enable it, and
then we're good for another few hours.

I find it odd that i have to bounce the LAN nic to get the
internet back again. Hoping you guys have seen something
like this.

TIA

What NIC do you have on that server, any errors in event viewer?
did you tried to change the NIC?
