Network drives with Red X's

P

Paul Kenning

after a period of inactivity all the network drives become
unavailable and have red x's on them.

I am running Windows 2000 professional with Service Pack 4
installed.

I have tried running: net config server autodisconnect:-1
to turn off the autodisconnect, that did not work. I
tried changing the lanmanserver\parameter autodisconnect
value to ffffffff. That did not work.

We are running Norton AntiVirus corporate edition V 7.03.

Anyone have any ideas.
