Network Drives Disconnect

I am using 3 clients on win xp connecting to a win 2k adv
server. That server is also their domain controller with
exchange. Every other day or so the clients will lose
their mapped network drive connection to the server. It
says that they cannot connect due to a possible security
issue.

They are connected through the explorer option of drive
mapping(though when using scripts the same problem
happens). Any ideas?

Does the server have a security setting about length of
time allowed to be connected? Also, are they changing
their login at any time on the xp machine? I've had a
similar situation and found that the end user was changing
his login name to "RobertX" one day vs. "Robert" the
other. He said he didn't know it was an issue.

no they are not logging off at any time during the day.
What security settings do you know of that could effect
that? I found a section of the knowledge base about how
to change the auto disconnect time for network
connections. But other than that I am not sure if this is
a windows thing, active directory, or exchange thing. I
have had this happen on another client's server also.
