network drive mapping

How can I permanently disconnect a network drive
mapping. I originally mapped Drive e: to a shared drive
on a server and then found out my USB connected digital
camera would not work because it wants to be drive E: I
can disconnect the network drive, but then the next time
I reboot it comes back.
 
Is there a login script running that automatically maps
drive E? That is the first thing I would find out.
