Network Controller

I am running Windows XP Professional. In control Panel I
show in "Other Devices" a network controller that I
cannot find the appropriate driver for. Any ideas on how
to find out what this device is and where to find a
driver?

I have found out what device it is and have downloaded

the driver. But when I try to intall it I get the
message "The name is already in use as either a service
name or a service display name" driver failed
 
Delete it from Control Panel. It should find itself at next boot and for the
drivers...
