Network Control Panel

I need in a XPe installation the Network Control Panel (and the name/domain,
etc...) for configuring the Network.

Which component I need to install?

There are a few pieces there... Try starting with the Networking Application
Compatibility Macro Component, and weed out what you don't want/need from
there. there are a lot of components included in this macro, so be careful
with Autoresolving dependencies.
