Network Connections dialogue box

When my broadband wasn't working, I used dialup (as you do), and since
broadband 's been repaired, I keep getting a 'Network Connections' window
popping up when I visit certain sites - only in Firefox, strangely, asking me
which dialup connection I want to connect to. The whole web grinds to a halt
unless I click cancel or the red cross.

I've been through every possibility I can think of in the 'Options' part of
Firefox and in the 'Network Connections' set up, but the little window just
will not quit turning up.

It's not affecting the speed of the connection, but is just irritating.

Anyone any ideas?

Go to Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections, and select
"Never dial a connection".
