Hi
I have seen 2 computers are connected to high speed cable. There is
one high speed modem.. the cable is connected to high speed modem and
this modem in its return is connected to a small (linksys box, one
input and one output) then this box is connected to the first computer
via USB?? then the first computer network card is connected to cat5
cable and this cable goes to the network card of the second computer!!
What is going one here?? another question, can I take the cat5 cable
before connect it to the second computer network card, connect it to a
Linksys router so I can use the 3rd computer as well?? thanks

Internet Connection sharing. The box plugged into USB is in effect
another NIC on the PC. Using a router would be best.
