Network Computers cannot log on

I recently add a computer to my home network that is
running Windows 2000 professional. The other computers in
the network are all running 98 and cannot log on to the
2000 machine. The 2000 machine is asking for a password. I
enabled guest login and set a password but that hasn't
resolved this situation. The 2000 machine is able to log
on to the other computers in the network so there is not
connection issue. Any ideas no how to fix this? Thanks
