Network cards, XP Home, Limited Users

I was having a prolem with a D link wireless card. It would not allow a
limited user to connect to the router without a Administrator being logged
on, or having started the wireless card software by logging on at some point
in a period before the computer was shut down.

Now I purchased a Netgear card. Its exibiting the same problem. that means
the problem is with Windows.

Has this been solved. I'm using XP Home.
 
The problem is not with XP, it is with some setting in XP or you have some
application blocking access. The most likely culprit is some security
software you have installed on your system. If you have a firewall, make
sure it is not blocking access of limited users, check its options whatever
rules that have been created to see if that is the issue.
