I Installed a 802.11g wireless card in my Dell laptop.
Everything worked great until two days later when I
ejected the card to get the serial number. Once I
reinserted it, it will no longer work. It lights up but I
do not have the Linksys icon at the task bar tray. I also
get an error message each time I try to start it. the
message is 10030 SMA startup is not succesful yet.

Can anyone help.
By the way, the laptop is a latitude running windows 2000.
Thanks

Have you tried powering down the laptop and inserting the card, then
restarting the laptop?

If you have made sure it is inserted propoerly, maybe
reinstall the dell driver.
