Network and Sharing Center Won't open

I try to open it, and it closes itself right away. I can't find anything on
the web. Any thoughts?
 
Mine doens't open also, however, I don't know if it opens and closes right
way. In my laptop I don't see anything happening when I try to open the
network and sharing center.

Anyone?
