Network and AOL problems

I have a network in my house, and all but one of the computers (out of
3)can't use the cable connection to access aol(but the dail up still
works). We've tried to fix the network as much as we could, but it
still didn't fix the problem with the internet. Does anyone kow what
could be causing this problem?

The AOL problem is for AOL support. Nevertheless, what does your network
look like? Is there a router? A hub? What?
