Hi, I've a problem installing network adapter on my WinXPE image.

Running TPA.exe, in the device's list I see this network adapter: "Intel(R)
PRO/100 VM Network Connectoin", but Target Designer don't import it
automatically, although it is included in the database.

If I include it manually, net doesn't work; On the other pc i can see net
cable connected, but in WinXPE I always can see only 'cable not connected',
and the adapter is another in comparison to what I have installed.

What can I do?

Hi,

if you have Plug and Play included in your image, then you can copy the
files belonging to your adapter from the other pc to WinXPE and is will
work.

Andrea,

TAP may have found the device, but you still need the correct driver with
PnP ID to run succefully in FBA.

When you imported the PMQ file, you should have created a log file. The log
file will indicate weather the correct driver is in the database. If a
component is not found for the driver, than you need to create one manually,
or install the driver post FBA.
